Product (Master Heatshield)
Elastomeric, protective, Heat Proofing Price in Pakistan(Master Heat shield), and waterproof coating for concrete & masonry(Master Heatshield)
Description
Master heat shield is a single component, high performance, polymer resin based coating for long term protection of concrete & masonry from aggressive atmosphere gases such as , carbon dioxide, sulphur dioxide and chloride ions .
High resistance to Co2 2 & SO diffusion
- Resistant to UV rays
- Permeable to water vapors
- Elastic-plastic
- It is available in standard pastel colors. It can be made available in custom colors, subject to prior agreement
- Resistant to the diffusion of chloride ions
Resists water ingress
Resists dirt pick up, and growth of fungus, washable coating with excellent durability
Recommended for application in areas likely to be submerged in water and on floors, and subjected to traffic
Fields of Application
- The master heat shield is recommended for external protection of concrete to prevent ingress of atmospheric corrosive gases, wind-driven rain, and water-borne chlorides
- Residential & Commercial Buildings, Multi-story car Parks & podiums
- Overhead water tanks
- Industrial buildings and power plants
Application: Heat Proofing Price in Pakistan(Master Heat Shield)
Apply a master heat shield in one coat using airless spray to achieve a wet film thickness of 650 I or two coats each of 325 I WFT using roller or brush, with the second coat applied 2 _4 hrs after the first and at a right angle to it. The prepared substrate must be air-dried when the first coat is applied. Whereas a textured finish requires us to use a medium nap roller to apply the product and over-roll the textured roller to give the desired finish in one direction only. Only apply the master heat shield when the ambient temperature and substrate temperature are at least 5c°within 24 hours. To avoid condensation, which influences the adhesion negativity, surface temperature during application should be at least 3C° higher than the dew point.
Curing:(Master Heatshield)
The master heat shield is self-curing.
Equipment:
airless sprayer, medium nap roller, or brush.
Cleaning:
Clean tools and equipment with water before the master heat shield dries.
Consumption:
The coverage rate is strongly influenced by the roughness and porosity of the substrate. The minimum recommended rate of application for the master heat shield is 0.3 – 0.4 Kg/coat.
