APPLICATION DETAILS

Surface Preparation

The substrate should be clean and free from dirt, dust, and all loosely adhering particles. Cement-based surfaces should be thoroughly saturated with water to achieve a surface-saturated dry condition. All cracks larger than 1mm should be filled with cement-based concrete repair. Steel surfaces should be grit blasted, then cleaned with solvent, and kept dry.

1. Surface Cleaning
2. Apply Primer – Use Master Polyurethane PU PRIMER to smoothen the surface and block pores.
3. Apply Top Coat – Apply Master Polyurethane PU Coating for complete surface protection.

Curing Time:

• Touch Dry: 2-4 hours
• Partial Curing & Water Test: 12-24 hours
• Complete Curing: 48 hours

SAFETY

Prevention:

• Do not breathe dust, fumes, gas, mist, vapors, or spray.
• Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection, and face protection.
• In case of inadequate ventilation, wear respiratory protection.

Response:

• If on the skin, wash with plenty of soap and water.
• If inhaled, remove the victim to fresh air and keep them in a comfortable position.
